Roll of 28 2026 Day 27

Several printouts for an online class; the class is The History of the Book & the printouts are all variations of that title.

A slow day today (very freaking warm & muggy, odd for February in the Bay) printing out soggy paper and preparing for an online class with Center for Book Arts next month on the History of the Book. Feeling a bit weird because of this weather, so doing something not very intensive has been nice. Also worked on ripping some CD's and filing for insurance reimbursements.

So thankful for the online education at places like CBA who are still offering really compelling and interesting ONLINE classes. (looking at you SFCB - San Francisco Center for the Book - and your SINGLE online class this quarter. You are REALLY not making it easy to even open your emails when I know you do not care, even though you advertise online class/es on your main page. NB: that single class is a collage class by the wonderful Hope Amico, whose work and other classes you should check out.)

I can't believe there's only one more day of February. I had planned to do more Inkventpocalypse this month, but body/head, weather whiplash, and the always lovely sewer lateral construction among other things, were just not conducive to the research and creation that it actually requires (all the background stuff that I love about it). So hoping that March, which seems a bit quieter from this side of things, will bring more inky explorations. Thank you for coming along on this new/old journey with me, and let's see how tomorrow treats us for our last day of February.
