an a-frame in a wet street. APB is stencilled on the bottom crossbar & the top has a "tow away No Parking" sign. The time is 0700 - 1700 the date is duct-tape w/sharpie 2-17-26 to 3-27-26

This doesn't look terribly official or enforceable.

They will have big backhoes, so I guess it doesn't matter if it's legally binding or not. Not looking forward to a week of rain AND noisy road work for over a month. Oh, well.
